Katherine Tepper is a class of 2019 Master of International Affairs candidate at the Hertie School of Governance, currently on professional year interning with the Global Public Policy Institute. She holds dual bachelor degrees in international relations and classical voice & opera from the University of Rochester and the Eastman School of Music, respectively, and was a 2016-2017 Fulbright Scholar. Kate is also a Policy Perspective researcher and Berlin chapter board member for the non-partisan student think-tank European Horizons. Her research interests include trade policy, environmental conservation and transatlantic relations.
