Dhruva Mathur is a class of 2017 Master of Public Policy candidate at the Hertie School of Governance. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and has a Graduate Diploma in International Relations from the University of London.
