Daniel Salgado Moreno is a class of 2016 Master of Public Policy candidate at the Hertie School of Governance and is currently working as a part-time research assistant for the Global Governance research unit at the Research Centre Berlin (WZB). He obtained a double degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) after completing his Abitur at the German School in Mexico City. He is mainly interested in quantitative research methods, political economy of crime, education policy, and regime theory.
