Sara Cooper is a 2018 Master of Public Policy candidate at the Hertie School of Governance. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from The University of Iowa, and has since worked in communications and advertising. Her research interests are in exploring the factors that shape public understanding and civic engagement. She hopes to pursue a career in public opinion and social science research after graduation.
