Polina Garaev is class of 2019 Master of International Affairs candidate at the Hertie School of Governance. Born in Russia and raised in Israel, she holds a BA in Film and Political Science from Tel Aviv University. For the past ten years she has been working as a news editor and a Berlin-based correspondent, reporting on German and European affairs. Aside from Journalism, he passions include photography, travel and climbing.
