Janani is a first year Master of International Affairs student at the Hertie School. She holds a tripod Bachelor’s in Politics, Econ and English from India. She was formerly an L&D fellow of an NGO, working with an economically challenged school in Bangalore. Her academic and research interests lie in migration and refugee policy and digital rights, within the larger realm of fundamental rights issues. Janani likes experimenting with food, discovering jazz fusion bands and city-trotting to find strange street art.
