Brianna Rock is a Master of Public Policy candidate at the Hertie School of Governance. She holds a Bachelor’s in Philosophy and English literature from the University of Wisconsin – Madison where she specialized in creative writing and minored in Classical studies. She has previously worked at a non-profit focused on equity in public education and is interested in democracy, fundamental rights, and technology policy.
