Bartłomiej Kupiec is a lawyer and Masters of Public Policy student at Hertie School. She holds a Master degree in Law from Jagiellonian University. His past experience was in climate and energy policy working for Eclareon GmbH, Polish Ministry of Technology and Development. His interests are in global climate governance, EU politics and sociology. Bartłomiej loves traveling, literature, chess, racquet sports. He is preparing PhD dissertation about energy law and sociology.
