Project Manager
Ruban is a first year Master of Public Policy student at Hertie School from Kerala, India. He has a background in tech policy, with specific focus on location data and technology. Over his career, he has built up significant experience in managing projects with diverse objectives and stakeholders, and is looking forward to translate the learnings to support efficient planning and implementation of The Governance Post’s projects. As part of the project management team, he aims to ensure that all voices are heard, especially of those who are systemically silenced. Beyond academics, Ruban is passionate about music (you might run into him at jazz concerts, especially if it’s free!), movies (makes good use of his Mubi subscription), and food (Go Asia is heaven!).
